Yes, its that time of the month again, where I tell you what I’ve been loving this past month. October has flown by! How dark are the nights getting?! I do look froward to writing these posts, and they are probably my favourite blog posts to read of other peoples as well, apart from hauls. Anyways once again I am wondering off topic, here is my monthly favourites of October, I hope you enjoy it!
I was so impressed with how well these came out! It took a lot of patience and concentration but once I got in the rhythm of things, it didn’t take too long. Making these Mickey Mouse cookies, makes me feel more confident to do experiment with other recipes now, and go out of my comfort zone. I am now making these for a birthday party as well! Just shows what you can do with determination and positivism.
One thing I am loving being back on my TV screen is no, not X Factor but The Apprentice! I love the challenges and how bitchy it is already! I’m enjoying this series so much, as well as Lord Sugars live tweets, which are hilarious! My Wednesday nights are now sorted.
Ted Baker have got a gorgeous range of gifts out for Christmas! I was so tempted to buy 3 for 2 in boots just for myself, however I know I will probably get some Ted Baker things, as everyone knows I’m obsessed with the brand. However that doesn’t stop you getting them! Just to let you know, the makeup is really good! Get them early though, as Ted Baker gifts were a sell out last Christmas!
These shoes I bought from Boohoo ages ago and totally forgot about them. I just think they look so cute, with the three bows along the strap in the middles. They are also black, which means they will go with nearly everything. I definitely think I’m going to wear these little treasures more, now that I haven’t forgot I had them.
Polyvore is an app I’m really loving at the moment. I’ve seen a few people mention it and I decided to give it a go. I now can’t stop making outfits and browsing at clothes and accessories. Its so much fun making outfit collages, and seeing things come together. I’ve been a bit withdrawn from fashion lately, and not very happy with the way I’m dressing and this just gave me inspiration and help picked my mood up. Be sure to see more Polyvore outfits featured on my blog in the future.
I couldn’t end this without including my favourite Lush bath bomb of the month, which is called “pop in the bath”. I loved the sky blue colour it turned the bath, but what I loved the most was all the bubbles it created. It has a zesty smell of lemon and leaves your skin feeling really soft.
What’s one of your favourite things from October?
