Pizza Hut Cookie Dough Recipe

My favourite thing from Pizza Hut other than the stuffed crust pizza, is the cookie dough. I don’t know which I prefer more though, chocolate chip, or white chocolate and raspberry. They both taste so good! As I love the cookie dough so much, I decided to go on the hunt, on how to make the closest to the Pizza Hut version you can get. Serve with icecream and chocolate sauce, for an even better taste. The perfect treat for when you want to be naughty!

You Will Need:

125g of butter
100g of caster sugar
100g of brown sugar
1 egg
200g of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
225g self raising flour

Method

1) Mix the butter, caster and brown sugar.

2) Add the egg and vanilla essence and mix again. Add the flour, salt and chocolate chips and mix again.

3) Press the dough in to the dishes, or if you want to bake a big one like me, press it in to a cake tin. Bake for 15-20mins until golden on the top, and gooey in the middle.
