The Saturday just gone was date night and we went to our new favourite restaraunt, The Burton. The Burton is a Brewers Fayre. We went to one in Boston, Uk, and they have Brewers Fayre restaurants all over the Uk. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also have a themed buffet night every day. It’s really easy to book a table as well, as you can just do it online.
Buffet Nights.
Buffet nights are really good and you can have as much as you want, which the men in my family absolutely love! The price for an adult ranges from £6.99 – £9.99. The buffet nights are:
Monday – Mexican
Tuesday – Italian
Wednesday – Burgers And Hotdogs
Thursday – Curry
Friday – Chip Shop
Saturday – Chicken
Sunday – Carvery
What I Had.
Main – For my main I had smothered chicken. I try to have something different every time I come here but I fail. It’s one of those things where you look at the menu but you already know what your having. Smothered chicken is grilled chicken, topped with bacon and melted cheese. This is served with a side salad, coleslaw , chips and garlic bread. Yum! It’s so nice, the chicken is juicy, it’s just such a tasty meal! I definitely recommend this!
Dessert – Rather than have a starter, I had a dessert and it’s the best part of having a meal. It’s so hard to pick a desert as they all sound delicious. For dessert I had a, cadbury chocolate indulgence sundae. This is chocolate and vanilla ice cream, with chocolate brownie chunks and chocolate flavoured sauce. Topped with squirty cream, cadbury chocolate and flake pieces and a biscuit curl. This dessert is to die for! If you are a chocolate lover definitely have this! You will not be disappointed!
The Bonus Card.
I would definitely recommend this, it’s free and worth joining if you go to a Brewers Fayre a lot. On your birthday you get a free main meal, and if you put all your family and friends birthdays down as well they also get a free main meal, or some kind of discount off your meal. Also you collect points, if you have 250 points you can get £2.50 off your meal, and 50o points you can get a free bottle of wine or £5 of your meal, and that’s just to name a few, so it’s definitely worth having.
Summary.
Overall I love this place, it’s clean, the staff are friendly and it has some great deals and offers. The food is worth every penny, and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. 10/10
