Recently I purchased a juicer, although its more of a blender. I basically want to cut out a load of rubbish and replace it with fruit instead. I must admit I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now, and its working! Plus these smoothies are filling me up a lot more. I don’t really have any recipes for smoothies, I just chuck whatever in, so I’m sorry if my measurements are not very accurate. These are ones that I have tried and loved. I’ve included 2 yogurt ones, I know yogurt isn’t for everyone as it can be a bit tangy, but just add a little bit of sugar in, and it will make it sweeter. All I do is chuck it all in the blender and blend it for about 30 seconds to a minute and that’s it, your good to go!
Something Sweet Recipe
- 6ooml cranberry juice
- 1 banana
- A handful of mango
Black Forest Recipe
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 100ml cranberry juice
- 2 handfuls of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate
Not Your Usual Mix Recipe
- A handful of mango
- 1 banana
- A handful of black cherries
- 600ml of pineapple juice (or up to the limit)
Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana
- 100ml of fresh orange juice
- A handful of mixed berries such as; raspberries, blackberries, pomegranate

We’ve got a Nutribullet and I love making smoothies out of fruit, nuts, juice and things for a snack or for breakfast or whatever. They’re really nice!

beetroot an watermelon ,,full of nitric oxide ,,if you need a lift ,,,,an put in cranberries to keep away infection ,,
