Get The Look – Everyday Makeup

I’ve decided to do a post on an update on my everyday makeup look, which is usually for work. Basically keeping it as neutral as I can, with just a suttle eye shadow and nude lip, and a little pink on my cheek bones. I was going to right a mini review on the shimmer cubes by The Body Shop, however I’ve just seen they don’t make them anymore, so that’s a shame. Anyways  it probably only takes me about 10mins to achieve this look, as I like to wake up as late as I can when it comes to work, which leave less time to get ready. The things you do for sleep!

Estée Lauder Illuminating Perfecting Primer 30ml – The consistency of the primer is beautiful. You feel like your not putting any product on at all, it’s very light. It feels very soft on the face and makes my skin feel fresh. Not only that but it makes my skin look brighter. It really does minimise the overall redness pores, and I would consider buying the full size product. For the price, your getting a really amazing product.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation SPF 20 30ml – I love this foundation so much! I wear it most days and it’s so affordable. The coverage is amazing, and I find that it’s better than some of the more expensive brands. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like this foundation.

L’Oréal Paris Infallible 24H Matte Powder 9g – This is a lovely powder to use, that creates a nice matte finish. Not too mention it lasts a really long time too! It goes on really nicely and doesn’t make my skin look caked in make up. It really does make my skin look flawless. You can also use this wet, which I’ve only just found out for more coverage, so I must give this a go.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer 8ml – I use this mainly under my eyes as more of a highlighter, as I don’t really get many spots. This is also a very good product, which awakens and illuminates under my eyes, a must for early mornings. I have used this on the odd few spots though, and it completely covers them up, for a long period of time. A little goes a long way too and the best part? It’s very handbag friendly. Great for top ups on a night out!

Rimmel Lasting Finish Soft Colour Blush 4g – I used this in the shade ‘pink rose’. It’s a really nice shade, that isn’t too bright, and gives you a natural look. To help achieve looking more of a natural finish, it blends in really well. The blush comes in 4 other shades, however this is probably my favourite out of them all.

Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil 1.4g – This is great if your experimenting with your eyebrows for the first time, that’s why originally bought it, but turns out I just really liked the product in the end, compared to other things I have tried in the past.

Estée Lauder Pure Color Intense Kajal Eyeliner 1.6g – This is my favourite pencil eyeliner at the moment. It doesn’t smudge easily, and it lasts all day, with no fading. You can create a really good smoky eye with this too, as it blends really easily.

Tanya Burr Lip Gloss – I used this in the shade ‘Lunch Date’, and as much as it looks really lovely and natural, it smells amazing! I really need to invest in some more of Tanya’s lip glosses. This gives a nice sheer finish and isn’t overly sticky.
