New Season Loves

It’s winter, soon to be Spring. Things should hopefully get brighter now. The winter wasn’t too drastic here, touch wood. We can now start browsing the new season styles and get prepared for those holidays. I can’t believe we’re at the end of January already! Here I have included things to look out for this season, from a few of my favourite shops. These are, River Island, Boohoo, Miss Selfridge and New Look. I’m going to do this in 4 parts, look out for the posts. Starting with stripes and bardot, I hope you enjoy..

Stripes

I don’t really like to wear stripes especially tops because I feel they make me look bigger, so I don’t really know if I’m for this trend. Saying that though, the more I look at this skirt, the more I like it and it will look good with a pair of tights. Then there’s the playsuit that I really like, I love the mesh neckline. After that is the jacket, which is smart. I think this I would probably wear as I can wear a little black vest underneath and throw this on over the top. Lastly is the shirt dress. I really like how casual this is. Plus the stripes arnt that chunky so I’d probably wear this too. I think stripes are not everyone’s cup of tea, I suppose you just have to find what’s best for you, to wear them.

The Bardot Style

It’s time to get your shoulders out. Who’d of thought this would be a seasonal must have style? I really like the pastel blue shade of the River Island jumper, I love that it’s slouchy too. I really like the playsuit, although not so sure if I can pull it off. The Miss Selfridge top, I really love the neckline off and then I love the monochrome theme of the New Look one. I wasn’t sure about this style to start off with because I was very narrow minded about it, but now I’ve browsed around, there are actually some really nice pieces out there.
