(Maybelline New York Master Sculpt Contouring Palette – £6.99)
Contouring has become such a big thing lately, that I decided to try it out for myself, but starting off with a low budget palette, seeing as I’m a beginner. I saw this Maybelline one, and thought it was perfect for a dummy like me. I think the look overall, makes you look radiant. Since I’ve used this palette, I’ve got a lot of compliments for my glowing looking skin.
The palette contains a sheer highlighter and a matte contour powder. All you do is contour your cheeks, forehead and nose, then use the highlighter on the bridge of your nose and cheek bones, then blend! It’s really easy although I personally don’t recommend the brush that comes with it, because it felt rough on my skin and made my skin feel like it was burning, so I may have been having a slight allergic reaction there. I like the way you can build this up to however you want. For a lower budget contour, this is really good value for money!
