Cooking from scratch does not mean it has take a lot of time preparing, I sometimes feel like people get this confused a lot. If you are in a rush to go somewhere, a mum who’s constantly busy, or just want a quick and easy meal after a long day at work, this is it! I couldn’t tell you how easy this recipe is, it probably takes about 10 minutes to prepare, if that and tastes super yummy after.
You Will Need:
- 2 boneless chicken breast fillets
- 4 slices of cheese
- handful of tomatoes
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut slits in the chicken breast fillets.
2. Fill the slits with the cheese, basil and tomatoes and then cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
