(The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder – £13)
I’ve not tried this bronzing powder before but I’ve been using this for a week now, and I do really really like it. I usually use the Nars Laguna Bronzer which is a favourite of mine, but because I’ve been happy with previous makeup I have bought from here, I decided to try something different. This one doesn’t have a lot of shimmer to it, its quite matte, which I like and I now have a choice of a matte bronzer and the Nars Laguna bronzer which is shimmery. I rather like the matte finish of this though, its still quite natural and is great for everyday wear.
The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder comes in 5 different shades, ranging from light to dark. I got this in the medium shade of 03, at a reasonably good price of £13. It glides on really smoothly over the face and neck, giving a tidy finish. The best part is you don’t need to touch this up throughout the day, as it lasts all day, still looking the same, as when you first applied it in the morning. Considering this is the medium shade, it does look really light, which surprised me as I was worried it was going to be too dark, but this shade is actually perfect, and gives me the right amount of colour. This can also be buildable for those evenings out.
It comes with its own compact mirror, perfect for doing your makeup o the train or bus if your running late, or perhaps great to have in your handbag for last minute plans. If you haven’t I would give this bronzer a try, it might just be what your looking for.
