Teen Hair History

I’m sure a lot of you are with me on this. From the moment your a teenager you want to try out lots of different things. Something we experiment the most with is our hair. This could be putting streaks in, highlights, dying it, cutting it, lots of different things and sometimes those experiments we’ve regretted. Seeing as I’m soon coming to the end of my teens and shall soon be 20, (Woah! That’s scary!) I’m going to share with you my hair history.

This is me 13 years old as a cheerleader, with my natural mousey blonde hair. You can’t really see it in this picture. I got told I look a bit like Britney Spears in this haha.

14 years old, I had my hair died for the first time, I also had a side fringe here but you can’t really tell.

15years old till 16 I had short brown hair but with a fringe. I miss a fringe but mine grows really quickly, so it constantly needs a trim.

When I was 16 I kept the fringe and because I wanted long hair that much, I went for hair extensions.

I’m 17 here. I decided to go for purple hair. I actually really miss this colour, but I don’t really want to put a permanent dye on my hair at the moment.

In 2013 I had red hair. I quite liked the red hair.

This was my 18th in June 2013. My hair is still brown but definitely a lot shorter. It definitely takes time and patience to grow your hair longer.

This was last October at a charity ball. My hair is so much shorter. It’s also a darker brown. I like dark brown hair, however I think my hair is better suited light brown.

This is my hair now and has been for a few months. It’s a lighter brown now and it’s the longest it has been, since well years!
