Yesterday I went to watch this film at a late showing, as it was only showing at two awkward times. I didn’t get back till half 11 and today at work I have been paying the price, whether it was worth being tired for today or not, you’ll have to read the rest to find out.
This is set three years later than the first one, where Mike has since quite from the stripper life and now has his own business.. However an unexpected call leads him to meet up with his stripper friends all over again, who are also ready to throw in the towel. Before they do this though, they want to go out with a bang and to do that Mike meets up with an old friend where they learn some new moves and ideas. Three years on the question is can they pull it off or are they a bit rusty now?
I absolutely loved this! It was so much better than the first one and so much more funnier. I really enjoyed the story line, it didn’t have much of a love story and there was more acting to it than stripping and dancing, which surprising I liked. It made it more fun and is a must watch for all ladies.
Is there anything I didn’t like your asking? Channing Tatum not being mine? No Alex Pettyfer? I liked the ending but it was really abrupt. I really didn’t think it was just going to end that sudden. This leaves me guessing whether there will be a number 3 or not. I would really like to think that there will be, however I can’t see where it would go. Then again you wouldn’t make a second film without there being a slight intention of a third one. We shall just have to wait and see.
